Conditions for establishing a legal entity in Vietnam:
If you're an individual: A passport valid for at least 6 months is a mandatory requirement; having a bank account with sufficient funds to cover your intended investment in Vietnam is the next condition. However, please note that if you're not a Vietnamese citizen, some business sectors might have restrictions.
If you're an organization: You need a legalized consular record of the organization's dossier. Similar to individuals, you must have a bank account with sufficient funds to demonstrate financial capacity for your investment activities. There might be limitations in some service sectors beyond Vietnam's WTO Commitment Schedule.
