HERE ARE THE CONDITIONS RELATED TO GOLD TRADING

Conditions for operating in the production of gold jewelry and handicrafts:
a. Being an enterprise established according to the provisions of the law, registered for the production of gold jewelry and handicrafts in the Business Registration Certificate.
b. Having premises, infrastructure, and necessary equipment to serve the production of gold jewelry and handicrafts.

Conditions for trading in buying and selling gold jewelry and handicrafts:
a. Being an enterprise established according to the provisions of the law, registered for buying and selling gold jewelry and handicrafts in the Business Registration Certificate.
b. Having premises, infrastructure, and necessary equipment to serve the buying and selling of gold jewelry and handicrafts.

Conditions for granting a business license for trading in gold bars to enterprises:
a. Being an enterprise established and operating according to the provisions of the law.
b. Having charter capital of at least 100 billion VND.
c. Having experience in trading gold for 2 years or more.
d. Having tax payments from gold trading activities of at least 500 million VND per year for the last 2 consecutive years (confirmed by the tax authorities).
e. Having a network of branches, sales points in Vietnam from 3 provinces or centrally-run cities upwards.
